PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
SELF PAY.
Since DKPT only provides virtual and mobile PT services, Dr. Devyn is unable to be in-network with any insurance providers. This means that the cost of care must be paid by the patient directly to Dr. Devyn. If you need an invoice for your payments, Dr. Devyn is able to provide that upon request for any reason. Please see the SERVICES page for details about the cost of care with DKPT.
Insurance Coverage.
Since DKPT is out of network with all insurance companies this means she is not able to evaluate or treat any Medicare or Medicaid members for otherwise billable services. These patients are more than welcome to contact Hughston Clinic in Valdosta, GA where Dr. Devyn works part-time to request an evaluation. All private insurance members are welcome to do the same.
If you elect to self pay for services with a private insurance company, it will possible to submit for reimbursement after discharge from DKPT but it is not guaranteed.
