Book an appointment for a basic consultation to determine what your next steps should be whether it’s deciding to see Dr. Devyn for PT services, seeing another provider, learning what to expect for various medical services, or creating a relationship for advocacy.
$50 - 30 minutes

A thorough physical therapy evaluation that is unlike any other you’ve received in the past. This is where you would decide to start your journey to better health. Physical therapy treatment options will not be available until an evaluation is completed and Dr. Devyn prescribes a plan of care for treatment.
$200 - 60 min OR $250 - 90 min

Follow up care based on your physical therapy evaluation. This includes but is not limited to manual treatment for in-person/mobile visits, ample patient education, and thorough communication with unlimited access to your visit notes and emails sent.
Pricing is determined based on each patient’s individual needs and situation.
